Sim LOD - much the same as the best object LOD, forcing Sims to best LOD helps to eliminate stuttering as well.

Not only is this super distracting but the LOD switching is also terribly optimised and causes noticeable stuttering from frame drops when more than a few objects change shape at once.

Object LOD - forcing the highest quality object meshes to be used at all times stops objects/plants/trees/rocks and so on from changing shapes as the camera moves around.

The enhanced SGR file does the following: If your computer already struggles to run The Sims 4 then do not download this! - Best results will be if you play on Ultra (High and Very High settings) in Game Options as this will have the most noticeable visual effect.
